Danny Phipps

President & CEO, Partner

For the last 34 years, Danny has worked as the President & CEO of Liberty Properties. Within this role, he is responsible for the company’s acquisitions, marketing strategies, general operations, and accounting. He loves being able to watch the company and team grow together while being involved in all aspects of the business. Danny loves the small-town college atmosphere, restaurant variety, and the city parks that the Auburn/Opelika community provides.

Lindsey Robinson

Executive Vice President, Partner

Lindsey has worked as the Executive Vice President for Liberty Properties for the last eight years. She handles daily operations, property management, remodels, and oversees accounting and maintenance. She loves being able to build relationships with the tenants in this role. She believes that these relationships help her understand the tenants and serve them better. Liberty Properties has provided her the opportunity to learn and grow within the company and the industry. Outside of work, Lindsey and her family enjoy attending Opelika’s Friday night football games, eating downtown, and then watching the Auburn Tigers play on Saturday.

Allyssa Milner

Property Manager

For the last four years, Alyssa has worked with Liberty Properties as the Property Manager. Her job allows her to assess various property acquisitions, oversee maintenance, and assist in daily operations. She loves her co-workers and the team environment that has been established at Liberty Properties, and the job variation she experiences helps to keep her days interesting. Alyssa is happy to be a part of a community that has a small-town feel with a large sense of pride. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time on the lake.

Amie Brown

Accounting Manager

Amie works as the Account Manager to balance bank statements, maintain mortgage payments, file and pay for insurance, and other related tasks. She has worked at Liberty Properties for almost a year, and she enjoys the welcoming environment. Though she is still relatively new to Liberty, Amie has been working in the industry for over two years and is currently working on an accounting degree as well. Outside of work and school, she enjoys fishing and spending time with her son.

Dalton Costine

Maintenance Manager

As the Maintenance Manager, Dalton has spent the last three years dedicating his work to Liberty Properties. With five years of experience in the industry, he thoroughly enjoys the new challenges that arise each day and the opportunity to work in multiple fields. In his spare time, Dalton enjoys being the head coach of the Lee County Legends youth football team, dog hunting, and fishing.

Alberto Cordova

Landscaping Manager

Alberto has been the Landscaping Manager at Liberty Properties for over 21 years. He is responsible for the maintenance of all property landscapes, ensuring cleanliness and curb appeal. Alberto designs new landscapes as needed, conducts full plant installations, and is responsible for all irrigation solutions. He enjoys working lots and loves the work environment at Liberty Properties. Alberto also enjoys seeing all of his co-workers, whom he has great respect for. Outside of work, Alberto and his work crew often play soccer together in their free time, and Alberto often likes trying all the great food the wonderful Auburn/Opelika area has to offer.
