Move-In Procedures

It will soon be time to move into the residence that you have rented. Please be sure that all security deposits and rent balances have been paid prior to your move in date. Once your move in date approaches, we will contact you to schedule a time to pick up your keys and move in packet. There will only be time slot allotted per unit. All roommates will need to be present on move in day to receive keys. If this is not possible, only the first resident/residents that will arrive, should schedule an appointment. Please know that a move-in inspection will be conducted on your rental unit before or at your move-in appointment.

We will have a temporary office located in your neighborhood on move in day should any concerns arise. Look for our “Temporary Office” banner! It is important to note that our main office will be closed from August 5th – August 15th, and the following business day.

Included in your move-in packet will be:

  • Houses Keys and one mail key
  • A Welcome Letter!
  • Alarm system operating instructions (if applicable)
  • Spa operating instructions (if applicable)
  • 7-10 Day Maintenance Request Sheet – this is where you will list any maintenance concerns you find after moving in. Please do not submit a maintenance request for these items unless it is an EMERGENCY! These sheets should emailed to our office at [email protected], subjected “Your Address – Maintenance Sheet”. Our maintenance technicians will complete these in the order that they are received.

**Please be aware that your rent is due in full on the 1st of each month and is late after the 5th. A 10% late fee will be applied to the balance on the account at that time.
