It will soon be time to move into the residence that you have rented. Please be sure that all security deposits and rent balances have been paid prior to your move-in date. When your apartment is ready for move-in, you will receive a text message informing you. We will do our best to get you in as early as we can on move-in day. We understand there may be a desire to move into your residence on an earlier date. However, there is no way for us to determine if this is achievable until that day arrives. We ask that you please be patient with us during this time and know that if it is possible for you to move in early, we will reach out to you and let you know. **Reminder, we cannot guarantee any early move-ins. We will not know if your apartment will be ready early until the day of. If you do not receive a message saying your apartment is ready early, then it will be ready on your scheduled move-in date.
We will have a temporary office located in your neighborhood on move-in day should any concerns arise. Look for our “Temporary Office” banner! It is important to note that our main office will be closed from August 5th – August 15th.
Included in your move-in packet will be:
- Houses Keys and one mail key (if applicable)
- A Welcome Letter
- Alarm system operating instructions (if applicable)
- Spa operating instructions (if applicable)
- 10-Day Maintenance Request Sheet – this is where you will list any maintenance concerns you find after moving in. Please do not submit a maintenance request for these items unless it is an EMERGENCY! These sheets should emailed to our office at email@example.com, subjected “[Your Address] – Maintenance Sheet”. Our maintenance technicians will complete these in the order that they are received.
**Please be aware that your rent is due in full on the 1st of each month and is late after the 5th. A 10% late fee will be applied to the balance on the account at that time.
